Receipt & Invoice Obligation. The Partner agrees to upload an official receipt or tax invoice for each attended booking through the HosteD Partner Dashboard no later than 4:00 AM on the day following the visit (or by 4:00 AM on the same calendar day for bookings made after midnight). Failure to comply may result in estimated commission charges or suspension of the listing.
Booking Confirmation. The Partner agrees to contact each Guest within 10 minutes of receiving a booking notification to confirm or decline the reservation. Unconfirmed bookings may be automatically cancelled.
Marketing & Promotional Rights. HosteD reserves the right to use the Partner's venue name, logo, photographs, descriptions, and any submitted materials for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes across all channels at its sole discretion, including paid advertising, social media, and press, without additional compensation.
Commission. A commission is payable to HosteD on each completed booking as per the agreed Commission Schedule. Invoices are payable within 7 days of issue.
Data Use. Guest booking data shared with the Partner may only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the booking and must not be used for unsolicited marketing or shared with third parties.
Listing Rights. HosteD reserves the sole right to approve, reject, suspend, or remove any venue listing at any time without obligation to provide justification.
Compliance. The Partner warrants that their venue complies with all applicable Vietnamese laws and regulations, including business licensing, health and safety, and alcohol service laws.
Termination. Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. HosteD may terminate immediately in cases of fraud, material breach, or non-payment.
