By accessing or using HosteD ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
All reservations made through HosteD are tentative until confirmed by the venue. A venue representative will contact you within 5–10 minutes of your booking submission to confirm your table, seating arrangement, and visit details. HosteD acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for venue-side cancellations or changes.
You agree to provide accurate personal information including your name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for ensuring you are contactable at the provided phone number within 10 minutes of submitting a booking.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you agree that HosteD may access your device's location data while the app is in use. This is used exclusively for our internal visit verification system, which confirms whether a booking was honoured by the venue. Location data is processed in real time to determine proximity to the booked venue and is not stored, sold, or shared with any third party beyond the scope of visit verification. This feature operates only when the HosteD app is actively open on your device. It does not run in the background. You may disable location access at any time through your device settings, though this will prevent visit verification from functioning.
All users must comply with the individual venue's house rules, dress code, and age restrictions. HosteD reserves the right to suspend accounts that receive verified complaints from partner venues.
Partner venues agree to upload a receipt or tax invoice for each confirmed booking via the HosteD platform. This data is used for commission calculation and repatriation purposes as agreed in the venue partnership agreement.
HosteD is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from venue cancellations, changes to operating hours, or failure to confirm bookings. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of any booking fee paid directly to HosteD.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
